On this year’s International Car Digital Design Contest

Both the amateur and professional car designers are set to collide in the upcoming International Digital Car Design Contest and are needed to toughen up to meet the meticulous taste of the panel spearheaded by Nissan’s senior vice president and head of design Shiro Nakamura.

According to Car Design News, this event is one of the best avenues for brilliant car designers across the globe to showcase their ingenious creativity in coming up with unique but feasible car design.

“Entries are expected from some of the best car designers and best car design students around the world,” said Car Design News.

Helping Nakamura of Nissan in judging the various creations are vice president for design Ralph Gilles of Chrysler and executive vice president for design of Ford Europe.

Starting on the 16th of January, the contest will already be open for interested participants and will run until the 26th of March. A winner will be chosen for two categories, which are for designers and students, and will take home the thousand dollars-worth Autodesk DesignStudio commercial software license, $2000, and a one year Car Design News membership.

Spell expensive–a $330,000 car stereo system

Automobiles, which range from the average to the luxury ones, cost from thousands to millions of dollars. That is pretty understandable as each car, which depends on the model and make, is already a complete package by itself. Customizing the vehicle, however, is often an option for enthusiasts that can afford to install high-end gadgets and gizmos in their ride. One of the most expensive add-ons available now is the Australian-made Rogue Acoustics Audio System that carries a burning tag price of $330, 000.

The whole system costs more than an average passenger car and way pricey than the normal sound system equipped in homes. For that, the Rogue Acoustics bagged the position as the most expensive stereo system for vehicles at present, according to AudioJunkies. To music aficionados, however, the hefty value does not matter as this special system is said to live up to its sky-high worth.

Rogue Acoustics Audio System

It is already given that such expensive car stereo amplifies well the music playing. If there is the high definition television, Rogue Acoustics delivers top-quality sound, which is just like in the sense surround movie house. Aside from that, a mobile phone is readily installed in the centermost amplifier. With it, tuning will no longer be a problem in any place across the globe. Like an intelligent robot, the auto stereo is programmed to discover any problems in its system. Once it discovers something defective, the mobile phone will immediately set an appointment to its maker.

From the efficient delivery of sound and special features, the Rogue Acoustics Audio System also looks luxurious because of its titanium-designed amp housings and the bejeweled logos of the maker. Everything is about this system truly defines what a high-end add-on truly means.
